This course allows you to enjoy seasonal vegetables and fish from Hiroshima.We prepare our sashimi daily in consultation with our fishmonger, selecting the best fish for each dish.Enjoy a winter feast with this course that includes a hot pot for one, where you can eat at your own pace, the famous burdock chips, oyster tempura, and rice to finish the meal.Since it's not an all-you-can-drink service, you can enjoy your favorite drinks at your own pace without worrying about the time.
