This course allows you to enjoy seasonal vegetables and fish from Hiroshima.We prepare our sashimi daily in consultation with our fishmonger, selecting the best fish for each dish.This summer-themed course includes their famous burdock chips, charcoal-grilled dried conger eel, tempura made with seasonal fish and vegetables, and rice to finish the meal.It includes a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option, so you can relax and enjoy yourself.
